[ ANOTASI / ABSTRAK ]

UV sterillisator is a tool to sterilize the room. Hospital room normally used to sterilize infectious diseases, operating rooms and other spaces. The UV advantage is its ability to damage cell DNA, either bacterial cell, viruses, fungi, even the cells of mammals, including humans. DNA damage triggers cell death. This can happen because almost all activities are controlled from the DNA of cells. Sterilization was instrumental in the performance of doctors and paramedicsin their duties, particularly in the operating room. To avoid problems during the process of sterilizing place, then the tool we are equipped with a safety door locks automatically. Because UV is killing it self of pollutants, biological pollutants contained in the room and medical equipment. This module is the development of pre-existing modules. This author created a tool that uses UV light in general. And equipped with a safety door locks automatically using FM waves with a frequency of 18.38 MHz generator. Based on data from the measurement of time, the success rate, and as many as five times the frequency of testing error of 2.4% is obtained at the time of three minutes. While during the 10 minutes was obtained at 2.44% error. To measure the level of success at a distance of one meter for 100% success rate, whereas at a distance of 5 meters 40% success rate. Frequency measurement using frequency-country error at 0.032% was obtained. After doing the module creation process, the planning literature studies, experiments, testing tools, and data collection can generally be concluded that the UV sterilisator used to sterilize the room, the farther the distance between the transmitter and receiver, the lover the level of success. Safety door locks it self uses an FM wave generator with a frequency of 18.38 MHz.
