[ ANOTASI / ABSTRAK ]

Ultrasonic cleaner air is a medical device used for the washing of water through the medium of optical glass using subtle vibration of piezoelectric generated by high frequency , creating tiny particles of water are able to thoroughly clean the glass optics . The author makes the plane Ultrasonic Cleaner Equipped With Timer And Settings ATmega AVR Microcontroller -Based Frequency 8535 by using a timer as the timer is set using the buttons up and down using the start button , stop , reset , and the selection of frequencies ( 50 Hz and 100 Hz ) . The error in timing can be at 5 minutes and 10 minutes respectively - each have a 1.66 % error . While it is feasible for the error to be less than 5 % , while the data obtained is less than 5 % then the tool is still including appropriate. After the experimental apparatus and the author examines the differences between the results of the cleaning that uses a frequency of 50 Hz and a frequency of 100 Hz with different impurities that give a speck of dust and grease stains , it turns out that the results obtained are very visible difference . Using dust dirt stains more easily in the wash of the dirt that use oil stains . Because the waste using more oil stains require tingggi frequencies in order to shed the taint attached . Based on the experiments that the authors did suggest making a circulating water automatically when the process is underway , so that the dirt that has been raised can be directly removed from the chamber and replaced with clean water.
