[ ANOTASI / ABSTRAK ]

The term nutritional status denotes human body conditions as a result of food consumption and the use of nutrients (Almatsier, 2005). Information from a number of provinces in Indonesia indicated that under nourishment problem among school children is depressing. This will affect the childrens growth, energy production, bodily resilience, learning accomplishment, and behavior. The study was intended for learning the impact of nutritional status on learning accomplishment among primary school children at SDN Genaharjo 01, Semanding subdistrict, District of Tuban. The study made use of the Cross Sectional design. The population under study was the entire female students in 6th grade at SDN Genaharjo 01 primary school. Data for their nutritional statuses were collected from the KMS card specially made for primary school children, while their learning accomplishments were retrieved from their school report represented by the average values. Data were then analyzed using the spearmans correlation test. Results of the investigation indicated the influence of nutritional status on the learning outcome of 6th grade students at SDN Genaharjo 01 primary school located in Semanding subdistrict, District of Tuban.
